601 Bond is a 16 Story 202 Unit Apartment Building. This is a post tension building, sleeve layout had to be coordinated with all trades. We installed just over 200 Hilti devices on each floor. This building uses a HWAT heat trace system that keeps hot water warm in each unit in lieu of a hot water return system. DHE installed 885 fixtures throughout the building.
