Safety Committee
Our team takes an active role on the safety and health committee. This committee will review incidents, create initiatives, take the lead on developing a proactive safety culture for DHE. At least annually the safety and health committee will develop written safety and health goals and track monthly progress. These goals will be communicated to all employees. Our committee is comprised of 8-10 individuals from each area of the company to help incorporate their experience and viewpoint.
