Installation of new VUV’s and Blower Coil units with added DX cooling
Full overhaul of mechanical room with new boilers, pumps and associated heating equipment
Re-piping the boiler room
Replacing the existing bathrooms fixtures
Setting new rooftop units
New office addition utilizing a new RTU and the existing Hydronics to serve the space
